Warring factions reconciles as Adamawa APC set to reclaim it mandate

The protracted and unresolved Crisis of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa state that led to it losing the Governorship seat has today comes to an end.

The stakeholders concerned met in Abuja where they reconciled their differences and buried their swords in order to face the LGAs elections scheduled to take place in the near future in the state.

One of the stakeholder who served as the secretary of the meeting, Alhaji Umar Duhu said the dead end of the crisis has reinvigorates and rejuvenates a fresh fire of unity of purpose to win the coming LG elections.

Umar reiterated that the crisis has caused a serious injury in the party where a crack of disunity perforated the party and that was the only reason that brought PDP to power.

“The internal party Crisis was beyond doubt a major factor opposition party rode on to win the election in the state.

“APC Adamawa State has today Resolved All the Issues that Divided them Pre and Post 2015 General Elections. APC Will now Participate Fully in the Upcoming Local Government Council Elections, United and More Consolidated to Ensure Victory to All Our Candidates.” Duhu said

He revealed that the three contenders during the last election who were the tripod of Sen Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow,Alhaji Halilu Modi and Mallam Nuhu Ribadu met to resolve their problems.

Notable stakeholders who attended the meeting are; The SGF,Boss Mustapha,Minister of FCT,Mohammed Adamu,Sen Binta Masi Garba and host of many others.
